Augmenting delivery of supplies, groceries or whatever else you may need.
A volunteer will bring it to your doorstep. It’s free, easy, and safe.
To our customers in need:
As the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation continues to evolve, we are working hard to get food and supplies to our community. Our top priority, as always, is keeping our volunteers and communities safe and healthy – and that means we are taking steps to work safer, smarter and different than one might expect a delivery service to work.
At-the-Door Safety for Customers and Volunteers
Our volunteers are following our new safety precautions when delivering to customers, including maintaining a safe, six-foot distance during the drop-off and not entering customer homes. In fact, we ask that you do not come out of your house until we have made the delivery in the location you have requested.
We have strict safety protocols in place for all volunteers. Our command center volunteers adhere to social distancing – including six-foot distancing from others. We’ve staged shifts to limit the number of volunteers in the command center. We follow the CDC’s health and personal hygiene guidelines and conduct symptom checks with all employees. We also are sanitizing more often, ensuring we are clean and safe.
We will deliver your fully paid order from the location you selected and deliver it straight to your doorstep without having to interact face-to-face with anyone except curbside pickup store employees. Once we get the order from the store of your choice, we will deliver your products within a second large plastic bag that is used for your and our volunteer’s protection. No personal contact or signature is needed.
You can place your order at the store of your choice and identify that you want the River Falls Virus Response Team to deliver your order. Once the day and time are confirmed at the store, you will then call us for your order to be picked up. Call our number (715) 426-5043.
We then follow our stringent protocol listed on this website’s Protocol & Training page.
Providing Food & Supplies When You Need It
Please take comfort in knowing we are classified as an essential service provider – so even as stay-at-home guidance is issued by cities and states, we will continue to be here for you. Please be aware of our current delivery days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 12:00pm and 6:00pm. We will be servicing the River Falls School District boundaries only at this time. We have over 30 volunteers to make sure you get what you need when you need it.
We can’t thank you enough for your patience as we put new measures in place to protect our volunteers and you. We are humbled by the understanding, kindness and support we witness every day as our community comes together.
